My Beer Spa is committed to protecting your privacy and will not give out or sell any information provided to us by you without your permission. My Beer Spa uses third party vendors for booking and waiver signing.
Our site protects your transactions with the highest level of security through a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate. This SSL link ensures that all information passed between the My Beer Spa web site and your browser remains private and secure. My Beer Spa guarantees the safety and security of our site through DigiCert, so you have a safe place to shop.

Online Booking

Assistance: You are entirely responsible for the accuracy of the appointments you book online and for the service choices. If you are in doubt of which service you should choose, please contact us for assistance.
Exceptions: Same day and next day bookings cannot be booked online. but please call us and we will be happy to assist you in scheduling your appointment.
Payment: Credit Card Use: Payment for bookings or purchases on the website indicates that you legally authorize the use of your credit card or other payment cards for the proposed transaction. It indicates that you fully understand this agreement. My Beer Spa accepts no liability for any damages resulting from you using your credit card on the website.
Errors: If an error is made while making an online booking or purchase, simply click the back button on your browser and resubmit the correct information. If you receive incorrect information from us in your confirmation notice, please contact us immediately at legal@mybeerspa.com.
No Show: Failure to show for an online scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the pre-paid credit card charge of the entire price of the missed appointment. By booking your appointment online, you agree to this term and our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made by providing 7 days advance notice in order to obtain a refund of any amounts paid. There will be no refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of a scheduled visit or for a missed appointment.

General Terms and Conditions

The terms and conditions stated below (“Terms and Conditions”) must be accepted and agreed to by every guest (“Guest”) of My Beer Spa. By making a reservation/ booking at My Beer Spa, Guests are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Beer Spa reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice and Guests shall be bound by such changes.

Adults Only. My Beer Spa is adult only; Guests must be 21 or older. Government issued photo identification with date of birth is required for check-in.
Smoking is Prohibited. My Beer Spa is a non-smoking facility. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaporizers, electronic cigarettes, and legal or illegal controlled substances.
Use of Medical Marijuana Prohibited. Federal and State law strictly prohibit possession and use of recreational marijuana. Although medical marijuana is legal in the State of Florida, My Beer Spa does not allow the possession and use of medical marijuana inside our facility, or of any products containing THC (the compound in marijuana that creates a “high”).
Pet and Support Animals Not Allowed. No pets or support animals are allowed. Service animals required due to disability (as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act) are allowed inside the Beer Spa facility, however, they are not allowed in the soaking tubs or saunas.
Open Flames Prohibited. Use of candles and any open flame is prohibited.
Lost or Damaged Personal Items. My Beer Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items, including jewelry. Guests will be provided a lockable locker in which to keep their belongings. Guests will be allowed to bring their phones and wallets into the treatment rooms, but may not bring any kind of bottle or other container into the room, other than a drink provided at My Beer Spa.
Refilling Personal Containers Prohibited. Guests are not allowed to refill any personal bottles or containers with beer or wine during their appointments or at the time of departure.
Advance Reservations. We highly recommend that you schedule your appointments at least two weeks in advance to ensure that your preferred time and services are available. A credit card number, advance payment, or gift certificate number will be required at the time of the booking.
Spa Arrival. We recommend that you check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late arrival may mean reduced treatment time since we have to finish on time so as not to delay the next scheduled guest. After your treatment, you are welcome to finish your drink in the lobby.
Health Conditions. The following persons should consult their physician before using our thermal tubs or entering our infrared sauna:
- Those allergic to proteins, barley, yeast and hops (for a beer soaking treatment).
- Those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure and other cardiovascular diseases.
- The elderly.
- Those on medications.
Payment Types. We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express – with proper identification.
Spa Etiquette. My Beer Spa’s environment is one of relaxation. Please respect all Guests’ right to privacy and enjoyment. We appreciate no loud voices and a low volume for music and tv.
Cleanliness. In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sanitized after every treatment and service.
Product Returns. Unused, unopened product packages can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date of purchase, if accompanied by the original receipt, for the amount of the purchase price. Used and opened products may be exchanged for merchandise credit within 10 days of the purchase date, after which products are non-returnable.
Gift Certificates. My Beer Spa gift certificates are non-refundable. Certificates may not be used to purchase or be exchanged for other gift certificates or cash. My Beer Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. In order to protect against gift card theft, please have photo identification available when redeeming.
Prices. Prices for services and products are subject to change on our website and menus without advance notice.
Terms and Conditions. My Beer Spa reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its sole discretion.
Right of Refusal. My Beer Spa reserves the right to refuse service to any client for inappropriate conduct, inappropriate language, or for any reason deemed appropriate by staff. Inappropriate conduct or language, or for staff-determined reasons during a service, will result in immediate termination of the service. We reserve the right to define inappropriate conduct or language.
Policy Violations. Guests violating this Policy will be required to leave the premises and will be responsible for all financial charges and expenses without any refunds. In addition, such Guests may be prohibited from enjoying My Beer Spa in the future.
Florida Law Governs. I understand and agree that the law of the State of Florida will apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Arbitration. Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or Beer Spa’s services or products shall be settled by arbitration in Orange County Florida in accordance with the then-governing rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon the award decided may be entered and enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Severance of Terms. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid or illegal for any reason, then the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect in the same manner as if the invalid or illegal provision had not been contained herein.
