FAQs

You have questions we have answers!

Am I really bathing in beer?

No. The beer treatment is a proprietary blend of beer ingredients such as hops, barley and yeast, that is full of vitamins and antioxidants. But unlike beer it is not sticky and very moisturizing.

How early should I arrive for my spa treatments?

We recommend that you check in at reception at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This gives you time to check in and change into our comfy robes and to start the relaxation process prior to your service.

What should I bring?

We provide you with towels and robes to use during your appointment. Try not to bring large personal items, as you will need to leave them at the lockers.

Are swimsuits required?

Swimsuits are optional.

Are there any tips for after the treatment?

To achieve the desired effect of the beer treatment for your skin, we recommend not bathing or showering for at least two hours after the treatment. If you wear a swimsuit during the treatment, we recommend thoroughly rinsing it in clean water immediately after the treatment and machine washing as soon as possible to avoid permanent staining.

How often are the tubs cleaned?

In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our tubs and room cleaned and sanitized after every appointment.

Should I avoid the spa if I am pregnant?

Please consult with your medical provider. In most cases heat treatments are not recommended. But if we are informed in advance, we can set up a lower temperature in our tub for your enjoyment.

Are there certain conditions that will prevent me from enjoying the spa?

Elderly persons and those suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, allergies and those on medication should not use the spa or sauna without first consulting their medical provider.
